 Richard Bredbenner, the President and CEO, founded R.I.C.H Inc. in 1989. With over forty years of experience in the refractory and installation division, he ensures that all his customers receive top-quality results from start to finish. The primary objective of our President is to meet and exceed all our customers' expectations.

Candis Bredbenner joined us in 1996 as our Corporate Secretary and Office Manager. With over twenty-five years of experience, Candis is the go-to person for all Human Resource matters. When you reach out to us with any inquiries or worries, Candis is likely to be the one you hear from. Her top priority is to provide you with prompt and thorough answers to all your questions and concerns.

Tammie Rivera has been an integral part of our team since 2011, initially assisting in our office and ceramic division. As of 2022, she has taken on the role of Manager for our Ceramic Division. When reaching out to our office for any ceramic orders, queries, or concerns, it's likely that you'll be in touch with Tammie. She takes great pride in ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently, and strives to provide the best possible service.

  Dwayne has been a valued member of the R.I.C.H., Inc. team since 2011. With over a decade of experience in our refractory and installation division, he works closely with our President and team members to deliver top-quality workmanship and consistently exceed customer expectations. 

  Matt joined our team in 2023, starting in our ceramic warehouse and quickly becoming an essential part of our operation. He now serves as our Pottery Kiln Technician, assisting with kiln repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. Whether you have a technical issue or a simple question, Matthew is happy to help keep your kiln working its best. 

 Chesney joined our team in 2010 as an office assistant and stepped into the role of Safety Director and DOT Supervisor in 2023. Josh joined the team in 2022 and also assumed the role of Safety Director and DOT Supervisor in 2023. Together, they play a vital role in keeping our employees and drivers safe by ensuring DOT compliance, overseeing training and certifications, and maintaining high safety standards. Through proactive inspections and clear communication, they support our team in getting the job done safely and confidently.
